Free Personal Assistant

Our client, J A Liang group of company based in England are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support their team across the UK. You will report directly to the Chief Executives and support couple of Directors within the business as it continues to expand.
You will be required to work online and closely with the International Sales, Procurement and Market Research teams to ensure the smooth and effective running of the business. This central role will require the successful candidate to undertake a multitude of varying tasks and therefore you will need to work reliably behind the scenes with both the Chief Executives and Directors having the confidence and ability to depend on you keeping everything functioning.

As a skilled Personal Assistant, you will deal with prestigious company clients and will be capable of emulating its style, corporate philosophy, and corporate persona.

Responsibilities:

Being responsible for the extensive diary and telephone management
Coordinating and booking business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, meetings, and restaurants
Managing budgets, compiling and processing expenses and general bookkeeping
Processing of payments and record keeping of invoices
Planning and coordination of entertainment and events for both internal and external staff, for both small and large-scale events, including coordination with the internal Events Team
Coordinating meetings, ensuring thorough advance preparation
Coordinating documents including printing, binding, scanning
Answering the phone, taking messages and maintaining websites
Growing positive relationships with clients and people within the company on behalf of the Chief Executives
Striking a good balance between being firm yet personable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate
Essential Skills and Experience:

Have advanced skills in Apple Macintosh, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and Outlook
Highly organized and have excellent time management skills
Have the ability to work well under pressure, manage workload, conflicting priorities, and deadlines effectively
Be resourceful and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have the ability to work with various personality types

The interview process will consist of candidates undertaking a telephone interview and a face to face interview with the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer if all initial verification process has been passed.
