Single occupancy room available JULY 1ST! $550 monthly. We are friendly people looking for a mature, financially stable, drama-free roommate to share our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. The house is a spacious duplex at 2,000+ Sq. Ft. You will have your own PRIVATE bedroom and a SHARED bathroom. Parking is available.
Ideal roommate: Proof of income or financial responsibility, a mature student or military would be ideal but we are open. Pictures shown represent the accurate description of the surroundings.
QUALITIES: Respectful, courteous, easy going and honest. $25 Background check fee and $550 deposit or reservation required by Landlord.
The house includes a laundry and dryer and a large fenced yard. Minimum lease is 12 months and can be month to month after that period.
All utilities (refrigerator, stove, water, electricity, etc.) included. Internet is NOT included.
Convenient access to major freeways and bus stops.
No pets, drugs, heavy drinking, smoking, or incendiary items allowed. NO COUPLES, NO ROOM SHARES NO EXCEPTIONS.
