American Home Comfort is a Residential HVAC Services company based out of California that is seeking a qualified individual to handle the sales operation and team management in the LA County, Fresno, Orange County and Newport Beach regions, as we undergo expansion in the California Area. We are dedicated to installing only the highest quality heating and cooling equipment, so our customers will save on their home efficiency bill in the long run. In short, our mission is to provide lower prices and generous promotions than our competitors, while building loyal relationships with our customers.

We are looking for an individual who has an appetite to exceed sales expectations for not just themselves but for their sales team, while reflecting American Home Comfort’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities :

-Planning, implementing and directing sales activities of American Home Comfort assigned region.
-Developing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
-Managing the recruitment of Home Efficiency Consultants by conducting interviews, providing training and ongoing coaching to team members.
-Establishing and monitoring individual and team sales targets.
-Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team.
-Liaising with company functions to ensure sales achievements.

Requirements :

-2/+ years of HVAC management and/or HVAC sales experience is a must.
-Positive attitude and exceptional communicator both verbal and written.
-Self-motivated, self-starter and eager to learn.
-Market knowledge of HVAC industry in specified region is a huge asset.
-Business education background is considered an asset.
-Full-time and flexible availability (weekdays, evenings and some weekends).
-Vehicle is a must.
-Being Bilingual is a definite BONUS but NOT a must
