"DJing has been around for decades and there are countless wedding DJs that have performed weddings all over the world. However, it's not just about the music; it's also about making sure everything runs smoothly so you don't get bored or even annoyed while performing your job. This is why I believe that a wedding DJ should be hired to perform at your reception rather than one of those ""regular"" DJs who will probably play some old song on their radio station when they walk in the door.

As a wedding DJ, you'll be responsible for setting up the sound system, mixing the music with other sounds (such as crowd noise), and ensuring that everyone is having fun during your event. You'll also need to make sure that all guests have had enough time to drink before the show starts so they're properly buzzed. Finally, you'll be responsible for keeping an eye out for any problems that may arise such as people falling asleep or getting too rowdy.

While this isn't necessarily a career path for someone without experience, if you've got the right attitude and dedication then I'm sure you could easily master this task. If not, well I can understand that since being a wedding DJ doesn't require much skill beyond basic knowledge of computers and how to use them effectively. The only real requirement would be a love of music and good taste in what type of songs go best with certain types of events.
