Global Co-operation House is the London home of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, serving as its national co-ordinating office. The house has become a familiar landmark in the area, offering a place of calm in a hectic world. The house quickly became a focal point of the international Brahma Kumaris community and has attracted visitors from most of the 110 countries where we have activities, making it truly a house of global co-operation informed Sister Jeminy.
The Brahma Kumaris are a spiritual movement that originated in India during the 1930s. The Brahma Kumaris movement was founded by Shri Lekhraj Kripalani . The organisation is known for the prominent role that women play in the movement.
It teaches a form of meditation that focuses on identity as souls, as opposed to bodies. They believe that all souls are intrinsically good and that God is the source of all goodness.
